We're Expanding
Posted by Sheila on Dec 7th 2020
This coming spring, we will set up our new headquarters east of Los
Angeles; it will feature 12,000 square feet of additional used parts
that we're adding to our collection.
It's been less than 9 months since we rebranded and launched our new
website and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Our goal is
to provide an easy shopping experience where classic Mercedes owners and
repair shops can get all of their parts needs met in one place. The
inventory collection that we purchased is a fantastic supplement to our
salvage yard in Oregon and our broad selection of brand new parts. It
features a variety of parts for older and rare models which are
difficult to source elsewhere. Click here to watch a video tour of the collection. Note that these parts are NOT yet available for sale, as they are currently in storage until we open our new location.
We're very excited to have our new headquarters in Southern California,
joining the largest base of classic Mercedes enthusiasts in the country.
We hope to move into a warehouse in the region by April of next year.
To do so, we are seeking outside equity investment for the first time.
This opportunity is currently open to accredited investors only, though
we'll be sure to update you if that changes. To read more about
investment and our expansion, visit mbzparts.com/invest
Opening our new warehouse with this incredible inventory collection is
only the first step. Over the course of next year, we will be
overhauling the backend of our digital catalog so that we can continue
to expand our online inventory selection and bring you an even more
seamless and easy to use ecommerce experience. We're here to stay, and
we'll be continuously evolving along with your changing needs.
We'll be hiring for a number of positions at our new location. We plan
to have job postings up for the first round of hiring in January, so
keep an eye out if you're interested in being a part of our team.
Thank you for your continued support and for keeping these incredible feats of engineering on the road,
Sheila Heaney
