OEM Mercedes Used Front Seat Trim Piece in Rosette Early-Style Plastic 
This is the Lower Piece for the Outside of the Left (USA Driver's) Seat that surrounds the side adjust handle.
There are two styles, this is the closed top style.
In good shape with some sunfading, and normal-wear type scuffs. Tab is good.
No cracks, chunks missing, or broken off tabs.
Last photo shows placement of piece on seat.
