Description

OE Mercedes Remanufactured Cylinder Head for OM617.95x TurboDiesel Engines. Not compatible with the W123 Wagon.
This diesel cylinder head includes the following work to bring it back to OE specs:
-Cleaning and Magnaflux Crack Check
-Deck Resurfacing
-Removal and Inspection of Cylinder Prechambers
-New Valve Guides
-New OEM Intake and Exhaust Valves (Contact us if you would like to use aftermarket valves which may be available for a $550 reduction in price)

This is a CUSTOM ORDER item: please allow 4-6 weeks for us to rebuild the cylinder head and ship it to you.

This price includes a $700 core charge. If you have a suitable core cylinder head for rebuilding, you can send it to us and we will test it. If it tests good with no cracks, then $1,700 is the price for the new parts and labor of rebuilding your cylinder head.

Photos show a wagon cylinder head, however this listing is for a rebuilt cylinder head for a sedan or coupe.

This part is no longer available new from Mercedes Benz.

  • How long before my order will arrive?
    Different parts take different times in handling, based upon whether we have them in stock, if they are coming from a supplier, or if they are being custom-made upon your order.
