OE Mercedes Remanufactured Cylinder Head for naturally aspirated OM617 engines in sedan and coupe models. Not compatible with the W123 wagon.
Can be adapted for later models using upgraded glow plugs.

This diesel cylinder head includes the following work to bring it back to OE specs:
-Cleaning and Magnaflux Crack Check 
-Deck Resurfacing
-Removal and Inspection of Cylinder Prechambers
-New Valve Guides
-New Intake and Exhaust Valves

This is a CUSTOM ORDER item: please allow 4-6 weeks for us to rebuild the cylinder head and ship it to you.

This price includes a $700 core charge. If you have a suitable core cylinder head for rebuilding, you can send it to us and we will test it. If it tests good with no cracks, then $1,700 is the price for the new parts and labor of rebuilding your cylinder head.
