OEM Mercedes Refurbished Climate Control Servo Circulation Pump Unit.

To offer you this unit, we partner with a small business run by a Mercedes enthusiast who refurbishes these original units. We do not rebuild them in-house and they are not factory-remanufacted by an auto parts company. Please read the listing carefully before purchase. This refurbished climate control servo is a permanent solution to a persistent problem for all 1976 to 1981 US model R107, W116 and W123 series Mercedes-Benz automobiles. The Automatic Climate Control system in these models utilizes a control valve housed in a plastic case; the most frequent failure of this device involves cracking of the large upper housing. Coolant leakage through the cracks eventually causes failure of the servo. Undetected loss of coolant can result in a ruined engine.

This refurbished unit has a heat-treated aluminum housing that eliminates the possibility of cracking and subsequent leakage.

Superior strength – heat treated aluminum upper housing will not crack and leak like original equipment plastic units.
Fully tested – our servos are pressure tested to 30 psi and calibrated to OEM specifications
Full instructions – each servo comes with comprehensive instructions to help with installation and troubleshooting plus after sale technical support.
Warranty - Servos are warranted for a period of one year.

Refurbishment Process:

New aluminum body for the servo. The internals are taken from good used cores, in which the usual fault is a cracked body.

Each internal part is cleaned and inspected for damage. New gaskets are installed, and in most cases a new electric motor is installed.

This part is no longer available new from Mercedes-Benz.

Some models may require modification of your existing vacuum lines. That is not grounds for returning the unit. This unit is not returnable, only warranty replacements and services will be provided.
