This week we received a final denial on an SBA loan that we'd been waiting on for 10 months to finance our expansion.
Unfortunately, without this loan or other major outside investment, we do not have sufficient capital to proceed with our expansion as planned.
Thus, we have decided to start liquidating all inventory from our warehouse in San Bernardino and unless there's a significant change will be shutting down operations at that location.

This should not affect our existing inventory nor our ability to provide quality service to our loyal customers, only the plans for our expansion.

Our current parts auction now has higher stakes. If it goes well, then we will continue to offer rare and sought-after parts in this format, where you can pick them up for 30-60% off our normal retail prices. If not, then we'll make our transition to wholesale-only much sooner.
So, we hope that you can find something you want on our auction site, as success with this auction would mean a lot to us right now.

We still hope to move forward with our expansion, though most likely in a pared-down way. We would still be working on expanding our inventory, but with a greater focus on new parts than used ones.

No matter what happens, we'll be here for you, transforming the Classic Mercedes World, from the parts up.
