Here is a complete kit of New OEM Mercedes parts needed to rebuild the long block of your OM617 Turbodiesel Mercedes Engine. This kit includes as many Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts as possible.

Gasket Accessory Set

All parts are Genuine Mercedes-Benz with the exception of the following parts, which are no longer available from Mercedes:
Head gasket
114mm & 144mm Cylinder Head Bolts
Wrist Pin Bushings
Rod Bearing Set


This kit does not include the following parts, which we highly recommend changing at the same time in order to ensure the longevity of your rebuilt motor.

  • Can I return the part if it doesn’t fit my car?
    We do not allow no-fee returns for items that do not fit unless there was an error in our vehicle fitment data. We may allow you to return the part with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Does this part include a warranty?
    Yes, almost every part that we sell includes a warranty, with terms differing by item condition and type. For more information please see our warranty page.
  • How long before my order will arrive?
    Different parts take different times in handling, based upon whether we have them in stock, if they are coming from a supplier, or if they are being custom-made upon your order. This handling time is in the “availability” section just under the price. If you have any questions please contact us.
  • Do you combine shipping?
    Yes, we will combine shipping costs when you order multiple items and this can save you a great deal of money. If you are placing a larger order, especially if it includes large body panels or if you are an international customer then it’s best to contact us for a shipping estimate.
