G-Wagon: W460, W461
Parts for the G-Wagen: W460, W461 Mercedes-Benz, Manufactured from 1979-1989. These vehicles are the earliest of the infamous G-Class, the Mercedes SUV that continues today with nearly the same design as it did when it was first produced. Commonly known as the G-Wagon, the 4x4 Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen debuted in February of 1979 as the 460 chassis. It was offered in both short wheelbase and long wheelbase, also with a convertible top. The G-Wagen was made for both military and public-service applications (with the 461 for those exclusive uses) and is still popular as an off-road vehicle.
We have a modest selection of both used and new parts for the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen: W460, W461. Used parts are very difficult to find since these vehicles were never officially exported to the USA, but we do work with a salvage supplier from the UK and can also access some parts due to interchange. We can also get some brand new OEM and aftermarket parts for the early G-Wagen models, mostly coming from Germany.
