Description

OE Mercedes Remanufactured Cylinder Head for OM617.95x TurboDiesel Engines in the W123 wagon.
This diesel cylinder head includes the following work to bring it back to OE specs:
-Cleaning and Magnaflux Crack Check
-Deck Resurfacing
-Removal and Inspection of Cylinder Prechambers
-New Valve Guides
-New OEM Intake and Exhaust Valves (Contact us if you would like to use aftermarket valves which may be available for a $550 reduction in price)

This is a CUSTOM ORDER item: please allow 4-6 weeks for us to rebuild the cylinder head and ship it to you.

This price includes a $900 core charge. If you have a suitable core cylinder head for rebuilding, you can send it to us and we will test it. If it tests good with no cracks, then $1,700 is the price for the new parts and labor of rebuilding your cylinder head.

This part is no longer available new from Mercedes Benz.

    We do not allow no-fee returns for items that do not fit unless there was an error in our vehicle fitment data. We may allow you to return the part with a 20% restocking fee.

  • How long before my order will arrive?
    Different parts take different times in handling, based upon whether we have them in stock, if they are coming from a supplier, or if they are being custom-made upon your order.     Yes, we will combine shipping costs when you order multiple items and this can save you a great deal of money. If you are placing a larger order, especially if it includes large body panels or if you are an international customer then it’s best to contact us for a shipping estimate.
